The SUPERTMATIK Summer Open 2026 is an online mental math competition, open to all students born between 2011 and 2020. It features an exciting format, with a series of knockout challenges that become progressively more difficult. Over several weeks, the competition will run in an educational and positive way, encouraging regular practice and steady improvement in mental agility.
The aim is to promote the use of the four basic mathematical operations and to encourage a range of mental calculation strategies — essential skills for everyday life. With free practice sessions between rounds, all students will have the chance to challenge themselves, improve their performance, and overcome new challenges as they arise. The ultimate goal is to reach the final stage and win the world title.

with the following details:

At the selected date and time (with a 30-minute tolerance), go to www.supertmatik.net, click "Login", and enter your credentials (these will be sent by email after registration). All games must be recorded on video. Ask someone to film you while you play — the video must clearly show both the player and the game. The video must be kept until the end of the competition. Do not send the video unless you receive a specific request by email (participants who need to submit recordings will be selected at random).
Round 1 (18 and 19 July) – 10 games in “Time Attack” mode: participants who achieve at least 5 wins out of 10 games in Solo mode progress to Round 2. If you reach the target before using all ten attempts, you may choose not to use the remaining attempts. To take part in this round, choose one of the two available days and a time to complete the test. Scheduling must be completed by 17 July.
Round 2 (25 and 26 July) – 5 games in “Time Attack” mode: participants who achieve at least one time under 60 seconds progress to Round 3. Players have up to 5 games in “Time Attack” mode. If you reach the target before using all 5 attempts, you may choose not to use the remaining attempts. To take part in this round, choose one of the two available days and a time to complete the test. Scheduling must be completed by 24 July.
Round 3 (1 and 2 August) – 10 games in “Vs Robot Sya” mode: participants who achieve at least 5 wins in 10 games against the robot “Sya” progress to Round 4. If you reach the target before using all ten attempts, you may choose not to use the remaining attempts. To take part in this round, choose one of the two available days and a time to complete the test. Scheduling must be completed by 31 July.
Round 4 (8 and 9 August) – 7 games in “Vs Robot Hebe” mode: participants who achieve at least 5 wins in 7 games against the robot “Hebe” progress to Round 5. If you reach the target before using all 7 attempts, you may choose not to use the remaining attempts. Scheduling must be completed by 7 August.
Round 5 (15 and 16 August) – 5 games in “Tournament” mode – 15 numerical expressions: participants who solve 15 numerical expressions in “Tournament” mode in under 55 seconds progress to Round 6. Each player has 5 attempts. Anyone who achieves at least one best time under 55 seconds qualifies for the next stage. If you reach the target before using all 5 attempts, you may choose not to use the remaining attempts. Scheduling must be completed by 14 August.
Round 6 (22 and 23 August) – 3 games in “Tournament” mode – 15 numerical expressions: the four participants in each category with the best times, among all participants in that category, progress to Round 7. Of the three attempts available, only the fastest time counts. You may choose not to use all attempts. Scheduling must be completed by 21 August.
Round 7 (29 and 30 August) – Semi-finals, 5 duels in “Tournament” mode:
the four qualified students compete in “Tournament” mode duels, best of 5 games.
• Semi-final A – 1st place vs 4th place from the previous round
• Semi-final B – 2nd place vs 3rd place from the previous round
Each player has five attempts. In each attempt, they must correctly solve ten numerical expressions. All 5 attempts must be completed. The lowest times count as wins in the head-to-head. For example, if Player A faces Player B and the times in the five attempts are as follows: Player A: 20.02s, 21.2s, 23.18s, 21.10s, 22.51s; Player B: 22.32s, 22.49s, 21.15s, 20.33s, 23.56s
Out of the ten recorded times, only the five lowest overall are considered, and a win is awarded for each of those times. In this case, Player A has 3 of the lowest times and Player B has 2. The final result of the duel is: Player A – 3 | Player B – 2. Scheduling must be completed by 28 August.
Round 8 (5 and 6 September) – Finals, 5 duels in “Tournament” mode: the semi-final winners compete for the title, while the losers compete for the final place on the podium. Round 8 matches are best-of-5 duels (first to win 3 games). The rules are exactly the same as in Round 7.
• Final B – match for 3rd place, first to win 3 games (semi-final losers)
• Final A – match for 1st place, first to win 3 games (semi-final winners)
To take part in this round, choose one of the two available days and a time to complete the test. Scheduling must be completed by 4 September.

the winners, as well as those finishing in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place, will receive official SUPERTMATIK medals and EUDACTICA educational games.
